Gabe Mollica's "SOLO: A SHOW ABOUT FRIENDSHIP!" is the hit Off-Broadway comedy featured on "This American Life, Episode 810."
In "SOLO," Mollica dives deep into what it means to have friends in your 30s, his special relationship with Stephen Sondheim, working at a summer camp for children with chronic illnesses, and what happens when you break up with your best friend.
"SOLO" has run for over 80 performances Off-Broadway at venues including the historic SoHo Playhouse ("Nanettte," "Fleabag," "Just for Us").
The New York Times described the show as “Very funny, sweet not sappy, intricate Birbiglian storytelling.”
